FedEx Ground Route Driver – Step Van / Package Delivery – Full-Time

ParcelPac Inc., a FedEx Ground contracted service provider, is hiring delivery drivers for package delivery routes. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position that requires safe driving, package handling, customer service, and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

This is not app-based delivery or a seasonal gig. We are looking for dependable drivers who can show up on time, work safely, complete their route each day, and represent the company professionally.

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record
• Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physical/medical qualification process
• Able to perform the essential functions of the job, including lifting, carrying, and delivering packages throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, snow, rain, and wet weather
• Available to work the full scheduled shift until the assigned route is complete
• Reliable transportation to and from the terminal
• Prior delivery, box truck, step van, Amazon DSP, UPS, USPS, moving, furniture delivery, warehouse, or route experience preferred

Schedule:
Full-time and part-time options may be available. Weekend availability may be required. Start time is approximately 8:00 a.m. Drivers are expected to complete their assigned route each day. End times may vary depending on package volume, weather, route conditions, and operational needs.

Candidates looking for app-based delivery, short shifts, or a fixed daily end time are not the right fit for this position.

Experience Bonus:
Applicants with prior FedEx delivery experience may be eligible for a one-time bonus after meeting company requirements.

Pay: $200.00 - $240.00 per day
