What You'll Do:

• Safely operate step vans to deliver packages to FedEx customers
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Load and unload products efficiently according to company standards
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers for smooth operations
• Provide friendly, professional customer service on every route
• Obtain delivery confirmations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate delivery records

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of step van driving experience (required)
• Valid driver's license in good standing (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years)
• Ability to pass a company driving test, federal drug screening, and physical health assessment
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude
• Reliable and committed to safety, punctuality, and attendance
