Leeson Logistics is hiring dependable and safety-minded drivers for FedEx Ground / Home Delivery operations. Drivers launch daily from the FedEx terminal in Braselton, GA and deliver to residential and commercial stops throughout Gainesville and Dahlonega.

We provide consistent routes, fair expectations, and a supportive management team focused on long-term driver success.

Compensation

• Training Pay: $100/day
• Base Pay After Training: $150/day
• Experienced Drivers: Up to $180/day based on performance
• Raises: Available based on reliability and consistency (may occur before the 90-day mark)

Schedule

• Start Time: 7:00 AM (Braselton terminal)
• Workweek: 5–6 days per week (rotating weekends)

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of driving experience (commercial, delivery, or similar) within the last 12 months
• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
• Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physical
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify compliant)
• Able to lift/move packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
• Must meet all FedEx contractor safety standards and pass a road test
