We’re hiring a FedEx Label & Customer Support Executive who can efficiently manage FedEx USA Domestic and International Label Creation and provide professional support to our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and manage FedEx USA Domestic & International Shipping Labels accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional manner.
- Maintain records of daily shipments and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth label processing and issue resolution.
- Provide regular status updates and communicate effectively with U.S. clients.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken & written communication must be excellent)
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Graduate (minimum bachelor’s degree required)
- Experience with FedEx or logistics work is a plus
- Must be punctual, responsible, and quick learner
