About New Dawn Gin
New Dawn Gin & Feed is a Texas-based agricultural operation serving local producers through cattle feed manufacturing, cottonseed processing, oil milling, and cotton ginning. We are committed to quality production, operational integrity, and supporting the agricultural community we serve.
With the addition of a new oil press facility and continued seasonal cotton ginning operations, we are seeking a strong operational leader to oversee and coordinate these divisions.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Feed Mill & Cotton Gin Operations Manager — a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations and performance of:
- Bulk cattle feed production
- Bagged feed and cottonseed products
- Oil press / oil mill operations
- Cotton gin operations (during ginning season)
This role requires someone who is comfortable managing production teams, overseeing equipment and workflow, and ensuring operations run efficiently and profitably. The right candidate will balance people leadership, production planning, and cost awareness, especially during peak seasonal demands.
This is a leadership role for someone who prefers being present in the operation, solving problems in real time, and maintaining strong accountability across teams.
