As a Folder Gluer Feeder/Packer, you play a key role in ensuring that die‑cut blanks are accurately fed into the folder‑gluer and that finished folding cartons are correctly packed into corrugated cases. Your work directly supports production flow, product quality, and on‑time order fulfillment while maintaining cleanliness and safety in your work area.

Feed die‑cut blanks into the folder‑gluer and pack finished cartons into cases to meet order requirements.

Visually inspect cartons for printing, die‑cutting, and gluing defects throughout the feeding and packing process.

Verify case counts in coordination with the Quality department.

Participate in line‑clearance procedures after each item run is completed.

Support other areas as needed, including QA sorting and flat‑packing.

Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and quality goals.

Ability to read and understand basic instructions.

Ability to pass a color‑vision test.

Basic math skills including addition and subtraction.

Good attendance and reliability.

Ability to identify and report quality issues.

Willingness to work overtime as needed, including during peak production periods.

The starting rate is $16, depending on your role, level, and location.
