FEL Driver (Front End Loader Driver)

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused FEL Driver to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection, transportation, and delivery of commercial waste and recycling materials using Front End Loader (FEL) vehicles. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong customer service, and a commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate Front End Loader (FEL) vehicles safely and efficiently.

· Carry out scheduled waste and recycling collections from customer sites.

· Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly.

· Ensure all collections are completed in line with route schedules and company procedures.

· Maintain accurate records, paperwork, and electronic logs where required.

· Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.

· Follow all health, safety, environmental, and road traffic regulations.

· Assist with loading and unloading when necessary.

Requirements

· Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.

· Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.

· Previous experience operating FEL or waste collection vehicles preferred.

· Good knowledge of driver hours and road transport regulations.

· Strong awareness of health and safety practices.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Good communication and customer service skills.

· Flexible and dependable attitude

Pay: £18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 per week
