Role Description

The Contract Performance & Executive Support Specialist | Arabic Speaker will be responsible for managing and executing various aspects of contract performance and executive support. Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing contractual agreements, overseeing contract compliance and management processes, and assisting with contract negotiations to ensure efficient transactions. The role also involves providing executive support by coordinating schedules, preparing reports, and facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Contract Management, handling Contractual Agreements, and managing compliance requirements
• Exceptional skills in Contract Negotiation and evaluating contract terms and conditions
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess data, identify insights, and ensure accurate decision-making
• Fluency in Arabic, paired with strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Law, or a comparable discipline
