Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Female Accountant to manage the financial operations of our clinic/agency. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations, and contributing to strategic financial planning.
Requirements:
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an accounting role, with specific experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Candidates who are available to join immediately and are currently residing in the UAE will be highly preferred.
- Strong preference for candidates from the Philippines.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Thorough knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS) and UAE VAT regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable and accounts receivable data.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and fixed asset registers.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all internal financial controls and external regulatory requirements, including timely VAT filing.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate expense reporting and timely reimbursements.
