Female Accountant

ILPRA Middle East, a leading provider of packaging machinery and materials, is looking for a skilled female Accountant / General Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on accounting experience and the ability to manage full accounting cycles — from daily bookkeeping to preparing complete financial statements for audit.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and verify daily accounting transactions using double-entry bookkeeping.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate general ledger and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review the Trial Balance and assist in month-end closings.
• Compile complete financial statements — including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and supporting schedules — for internal and audit purposes.
• Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards.
• Support year-end closing and collaborate with external auditors.
• Maintain detailed records for fixed assets, depreciation, and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Proven knowledge of double-entry accounting, trial balance, and financial reporting.
• Ability to prepare full financial statements for audit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage 50 UK, or similar).
• Familiarity with UAE VAT filing and basic corporate tax rules.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and teamwork ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
