نحن في شركة NK AUTO نبحث عن مساعدة محاسب للانضمام إلى فريقنا. نحتاج إلى شخص يتمتع بمهارات محاسبية قوية، ودقة في التعامل مع الأرقام، وقدرة على تقديم الدعم لقسم المحاسبة من خلال مجموعة من المهام المالية والإدارية. إذا كنتِ تتمتعين بالمهارات المطلوبة وترغبين في المساهمة في تطوير العمل، نرحب بتقديمكِ لهذه الوظيفة.

المسؤوليات:

• مساعدة في الحفاظ على السجلات المالية وإعداد البيانات المالية.
• التعامل مع الفواتير، الإيصالات، المدفوعات والمهام المحاسبية الأخرى.
• دعم عمليات الإغلاق الشهري والسنوي.
• تنظيم وحفظ المستندات المالية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (يفضل شهادة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة).
• خبرة سابقة في وظيفة مساعدة محاسبة أو وظيفة مشابهة تعتبر ميزة.
• إتقان برامج المحاسبة وبرامج Microsoft Excel.
• دقة عالية في العمل والانتباه للتفاصيل.
• مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على إدارة الوقت.
• القدرة على التعامل مع المعلومات المالية الحساسة بشكل سري.

We are currently looking for a female Accountant Assistant to join our team at NK AUTO . The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support our accounting department with a variety of financial tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assist with maintaining financial records and preparing financial statements

Handle invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting-related tasks

Support monthly and year-end closing processes

Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets

Organize and file financial documents

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus)

Previous experience in an accounting assistant or similar role is preferred

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
