Female Accountant – Contracting Company

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our contracting company in Dubai. The candidate will support the finance team in handling day-to-day accounting activities related to construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recording project expenses and job costing
• Process supplier invoices and subcontractor payments
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
• Assist in preparing progress billing and client invoices
• Support preparation of WIP schedules
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Assist with VAT documentation and filing support
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Support payroll processing (WPS knowledge is a plus)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Basic knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with Tally accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Own visa is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
