Job Description:
We are looking for a Female Accountant with solid experience in the Real Estate industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle property income, rent collections, tenant accounts, and related real estate transactions.
• Monitor and record company expenses, payments, and receipts.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Coordinate with management and auditors for reporting and compliance.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the Real Estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE (preferred).
