We are seeking a dynamic and professional female receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, parents, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining records, filing, and scheduling.
  • Support daily operations, including handling accounts and office coordination.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (receptionist or admin).
  • Strong knowledge of administrative and secretarial work.
  • Familiarity with accounts and basic bookkeeping is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
