  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and mail.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Update and maintain the contact list.
  • Maintain computer and manual filing system.
  • Update the purchase bills into computer for tax return.
  • Act as a point of contact for all the clients.
  • Handle and assist in multiple projects with the senior levels.
  • Prepare and monitor quotations, invoices, statement of accounts, vouchers etc.
  • Maintain the office neat and tidy.
  • Greet and assist visitors accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Only FEMALE candidates need to apply.
  • Should be bilingual - Hindi, English (is a must).
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office.
  • Only husband visa holders need to apply.
  • UAE experience is mandatory.
  • Experience in working in a contracting company will be preferred first.
