- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and mail.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Update and maintain the contact list.
- Maintain computer and manual filing system.
- Update the purchase bills into computer for tax return.
- Act as a point of contact for all the clients.
- Handle and assist in multiple projects with the senior levels.
- Prepare and monitor quotations, invoices, statement of accounts, vouchers etc.
- Maintain the office neat and tidy.
- Greet and assist visitors accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS
- Only FEMALE candidates need to apply.
- Should be bilingual - Hindi, English (is a must).
- Well versed in Microsoft Office.
- Only husband visa holders need to apply.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
- Experience in working in a contracting company will be preferred first.
