Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

About the Role

Bluestar Manufacturing is looking for a Female Admin & Finance Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle both administrative and finance-related tasks with efficiency. This role requires strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and document management.
  • Maintain financial records, vouchers, and expense reports.
  • Assist in payroll processing, invoices, and petty cash management.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate office activities.
  • Prepare and draft official letters, emails, and reports.
  • Support management in handling confidential information.

Requirements

  • Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, ACCA, or ACMA (mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of accounting/finance procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
