About the Role
Bluestar Manufacturing is looking for a Female Admin & Finance Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle both administrative and finance-related tasks with efficiency. This role requires strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and document management.
- Maintain financial records, vouchers, and expense reports.
- Assist in payroll processing, invoices, and petty cash management.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate office activities.
- Prepare and draft official letters, emails, and reports.
- Support management in handling confidential information.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, ACCA, or ACMA (mandatory).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of accounting/finance procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
