Job Title: Female Admin & HR Executive.

Employment Type: Full-Time | Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Overview:

We are appointing a structured and detail-driven HR & Admin Executive to serve as the operational backbone of our office environment. This full-time role ensures administrative excellence, disciplined documentation flow, and systematic people coordination — while strengthening the review and control processes of the Accounts Department.

This position functions as a central governance desk, reinforcing compliance, reporting accuracy, and internal operational discipline.

Core Responsibilities:

Administrative & Office Control (Primary Focus)

Manage reception, visitors, and front-office professional representation

Control all incoming and outgoing documents, official letters, and courier tracking

Maintain structured filing systems for company, vendor, and employee records

Handle office cash, petty cash, and daily expense tracking

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and office reports

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors

Monitor office inventory, stationery, and consumables

Support management with documentation, internal circulars, approvals, and letters

Ensure disciplined office workflow and documentation compliance

Accounts Review & Coordination:

Support the accounts documentation review and verification process

Verify invoices, vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents

Track petty cash usage, staff advances, and office expenses

Maintain vendor documentation and payment follow-up records

Ensure structured routing of documents for approvals and posting

Assist in internal reporting accuracy and audit readiness

HR Support (Secondary Layer)

Maintain staff attendance records and daily tracking

Handle leave applications, records, and basic HR documentation

Support onboarding documentation and employee file maintenance

Act as a coordination bridge between staff and management

Ideal Profile

Diploma / Bachelor’s in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field

Strong documentation discipline and reporting orientation

Comfortable handling confidential files and cash governance

Communication is english is mandatory.

Proficient in MS Office.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Female candidates only.

* Spouse Visa holders only.

* Immediate joiners preferred.

* Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi City or ready for immediate relocation.
* Language: English mandatory and hindi/urdu can be advantage.
