Job Description

We are looking for a Female Admin Officer to support our business operations and administrative activities. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who wants to gain hands-on experience in administration, coordination, and business support within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to management
  • Assist in basic market research, data entry, and lead tracking
  • Coordinate internal communication and follow-ups
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations and excel sheets and data entry work
  • Maintain records, files, and office documentation
  • Support business development and operations teams as needed

Requirements

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Matriculation to Graduate Degree
