We are looking for a Female Admin Officer to support our business operations and administrative activities. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who wants to gain hands-on experience in administration, coordination, and business support within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to management
- Assist in basic market research, data entry, and lead tracking
- Coordinate internal communication and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations and excel sheets and data entry work
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation
- Support business development and operations teams as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
