Female Admin Officer for CEO's House

Location: CEO's Residence Address : Green Fort Society, Lahore
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and professional Female Admin Officer to manage administrative and operational tasks at the residence of a senior executive (CEO). The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both household and personal administrative duties with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks at the CEO’s residence.
  • Maintain household records, schedules, and inventories.
  • Coordinate with household staff (drivers, maids, cooks, security personnel) to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Schedule and supervise home maintenance, repairs, and services.
  • Manage and organize home events, meetings, and guest arrangements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and deliveries.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and itinerary planning for the family.
  • Monitor household budgets and expenses when required.
  • Ensure the residence is always in top condition – clean, well-maintained, and organized.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Admin/Management or related field).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
