Female Admin /Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive Female Administrative /Tele sales Assistant to provide support to our team and ensure the efficient operation of our office in Ajman.

Roles and Responsibilities

Admin Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a well-organized and tidy office environment.
  • Handles inbound and outbound couriers by coordinating with team, courier companies and ensure maintaining a record of received/ dispatched items and tracking it
  • Provide necessary support services to department and provide general administrative duties to support smooth functioning of business.
  • Design, organize and implement appropriate filing and record management systems to ensure that records are always current and accessible with ease
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Reconciliation of expenses, IOU and cash on hand in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage petty cash requirement for the sales department

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to introduce and promote products/services, using predefined sales scripts as a guide
  • Qualify leads and generate appointment bookings or transfer hot leads to sales teams
  • Upsell and cross‑sell, identifying opportunities to increase average order value and customer retention
  • Accurately process and record customer orders and communication details in CRM or database systems
  • Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring consistent follow‑up and strong relationship management
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints, collaborating with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly
  • Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and industry trends to respond effectively to customer needs

Required Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in computer literacy with excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  • Minimum experience of 1+ years of relevant experience in sales (Preferably in IT Sales)& Administration
  • Attention to details and is skilled at arranging tasks in order of importance.
  • Preferably Husband/Father Sponsorship

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
