Shift Timing: Monday to Saturday — 12:00 AM to 09:00 PM
Salary: 60,000 per mont

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram/Linledin) ad campaigns
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for creative improvements
• Ensure proper pixel setup, tracking, and event optimization
• Stay updated on Multiple Platforms policies and trends

Requirements

• Min 2 years minimum experience running Meta ads
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies, scaling, and analytics
• Ability to work independently and achieve performance goals
• Knowledge of funnel building, remarketing, and conversion tracking
• Strong communication and reporting skills
