We’re Hiring: Partnership Specialist (Qatar) — Eventi

Eventi is a Qatar-based event and catering platform delivering end-to-end event services by connecting customers with trusted vendors across the full event ecosystem. As we scale, we’re looking for a Partnership Specialist to expand and manage a high-quality partner network and unlock commercial growth through strategic alliances.

What you’ll own (Key Responsibilities)

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners (venues, catering, décor, entertainment, production, beauty, gifting, rentals, etc.).
  • Build and manage a structured partnership pipeline, from outreach to negotiation, contracting, and launch.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and commercial packages to drive mutual value.
  • Coordinate partner activation: onboarding, service listing readiness, promo campaigns, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain partner relationships through ongoing communication, issue resolution, and account development.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and product to ensure partner success and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market movements and competitor activity to refine partner value propositions.

What we’re looking for (Requirements)

  • 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, sales, or vendor onboarding.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to close.
  • Comfortable with field work in Qatar: meetings, site visits, and relationship building.
  • High ownership mindset: structured, proactive, KPI-driven, and execution-oriented.
  • Native Arabic tongue (English is a strong advantage).
  • Experience in events, hospitality, marketplaces, platforms, or services is a plus.
  • Valid Qatar driving licence is mandatory (field-based role).
