Female Arabic Salesperson

We are looking for an enthusiastic and performance-oriented Female Sales Representative to become part of our expanding team. This position is focused on contributing to company growth by actively promoting and selling our products or services. You will interact directly with customers, identify their needs, and support them throughout the sales process, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

Main Duties

• Identify and attract new prospects while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
• Present products and services effectively through engaging sales pitches and demonstrations
• Handle price discussions and contract negotiations to finalize successful sales
• Offer reliable after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding and service execution

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker (both verbal and written) — required
• Female applicants only
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Effective negotiation skills with a solution-focused approach
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and driven to exceed sales objectives
