- Administrative Support: Handling data entry, filing, documenting, processing reports, and managing office supplies.
- Operational Coordination: Assisting with daily workflows, implementing new procedures, and coordinating between departments.
- Logistics & Inventory: Managing inventory levels, tracking shipments, and handling order forms.
- Communication: Acting as a point of contact for vendor relationships and responding to client inquiries.
- Human Resources & Scheduling: Supporting onboarding processes for new employees and maintaining team schedules.
