We are looking for a professional and well-presented Female Arabic-Speaking Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and manage appointments efficiently
- Handle patient/client inquiries (in Arabic & English)
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Manage billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate with staff for smooth daily operations
- Maintain client records and data entry
Requirements:
- Female candidate (as per role requirement)
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking systems)
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
