Female Arabic Speaking Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Arabic Speaking Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by promoting and selling our products and services to prospective clients. You will engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales journey while delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities while maintaining a strong and active sales pipeline
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Deliver compelling product presentations and sales demonstrations tailored to customer needs
• Manage pricing discussions, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals
• Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and efficient service delivery
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance objectives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and market trends

Qualifications & Requirements

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker (spoken and written) — mandatory
• Female candidates only
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service roles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
