Female Architect

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design

• Develop high-quality villa architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Produce full architectural packages using Revit with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure designs meet client expectations and project standards.

Client Interaction

• Attend and lead client meetings professionally.
• Present design concepts clearly in Arabic and obtain client design approvals.
• Understand client needs and translate them into functional and aesthetic design solutions.

Authority Approvals

• Prepare and submit architectural drawings for approval to Abu Dhabi authorities.
• Be familiar with approval processes of Abu Dhabi Municipality, Aldar, FAB, and other relevant authorities.
• Follow up on submissions to ensure timely approvals.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and Interior Design teams.
• Revise drawings based on authority, consultant, or client feedback.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and design standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Female Architect – Native Arabic speaker (required).
• Minimum 3 years of architectural experience in Abu Dhabi, specifically in villa design.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority approval procedures.
• Expert in Revit and capable of producing full architectural drawings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Confident in presenting designs and obtaining approvals from clients.
• Strong design skills, creativity, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
