Female Assembly Helper

The Role

We are seeking detail-oriented female candidates to join our switchgear assembly unit. The primary focus of this role is high-repetition, high-precision tasks. We are looking for individuals who take pride in "neat work" and can help bring order to our production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manual Wiring: Performing routine tasks such as stripping, twisting, and connecting wires.
• Routing: Ensuring wires are neatly organized and channeled within the switchgear units.
• Workspace Upkeep: Maintaining a clean and "messed-up-free" assembly area.
• Inventory Discipline: Helping to keep track of wires and components used to ensure stock is always organized.

• Organized: You are the type of person who likes everything in its proper place.
• Fast Learners: No prior experience in switchgear is needed; if you can follow a pattern and handle small components, we will train you.
• Disciplined: High focus on punctuality and maintaining a structured workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED800.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
