Who We Are Looking For

We are exclusively hiring a Female B2B Cold Calling / Telesales Executive with a minimum of 4 years proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development.

The ideal candidate will be confident, articulate, and highly professional, with strong communication skills to engage UK-based business clients effectively.

Key requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in B2B Cold Calling / Telemarketing
  • Excellent English communication skills — British or American accent is mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of IT equipment (laptops, desktops, servers) is a plus
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Strong background in Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
  • Experience dealing with UK or international business clients (preferred)
  • Ability to meet daily/weekly calling targets consistently
  • Professional, target-focused, and self-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to UK-based businesses to promote ITAD & IT Recycling services
  • Identify, engage, and generate qualified B2B leads for the sales pipeline
  • Schedule and confirm appointments/meetings for the sales team
  • Follow up with prospects to build and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Accurately update and manage CRM systems, call records, and lead status daily
  • Achieve and consistently exceed daily and weekly calling/productivity targets
  • Maintain a professional communication standard aligned with UK business etiquette

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in Telesales / Cold Calling (B2B Sales environment)
  • Strong background in Lead Generation & Appointment Setting
  • Excellent Objection Handling & Customer Communication skills
  • Prior exposure to IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) / IT Recycling / Tech Services (preferred)
  • Experience working on UK-based outbound sales campaigns
  • Proficient in CRM systems (data entry, lead tracking, pipeline management)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle business client interactions professionally
  • Fluent British or American English communication (clear, neutral accent preferred)
  • Target-driven mindset with ability to work in structured sales KPIs

Compensation

  • Competitive salary (based on experience and interview performance)
  • 80k to 100k negotiable
