Position: Sales Executive – B2B (Female Only)
Mode of Work: Tele-calling, Email & WhatsApp Communication
Location: Artistix Lifestyle Private Limited, Plot No. G 2613/2, Kranti Gate, GIDC Lodhika , Metoda, Rajkot 360021 ,Gujarat -INDIA
Experience: Fresher / Experienced (Both can apply)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle B2B sales communication through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp with business clients.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential B2B customers.
- Communicate confidently in English (mandatory) with clients.
- Follow up with clients patiently until proper response, negotiation, or closure.
- Maintain daily inquiry logs, follow-up status, and conversion records.
- Keep proper client and sales records (Excel/CRM/manual records).
- Explore and generate new B2B leads from online platforms, websites, social media, and other business channels.
- Maintain daily tracking of inquiries, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Coordinate internally for quotations, orders, and dispatch updates.
Skills & Requirements:
- English speaking and writing proficiency is mandatory.
- Comfortable with B2B tele-calling and client coordination.
- Basic working knowledge of Email, WhatsApp, and MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple clients.
- Organized, patient, and sales-oriented mindset.
Preferred Candidate:
- Female candidate only.
- Prior B2B sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle professional communication independently.
