Role Overview- The Analyst cum Coordinator – Corporate Banking at Credon Capital plays a critical role in structuring, coordinating, and executing corporate finance transactions with UAE banks and financial institutions. The role acts as the operational backbone between corporate clients, Relationship Managers, and partner banks, ensuring seamless processing of credit facilities while maintaining strict compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal risk standards.
This position directly contributes to revenue growth by supporting deal structuring, credit analysis, negotiation, and efficient execution of corporate funding solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Bank Coordination
a) Serve as the primary coordination point between corporate clients and partner banks.
b) Manage end-to-end follow-up on credit applications, approvals, and disbursements.
c) Maintain professional communication with bank credit teams, operations units, and compliance departments.
d) Ensure all communication with banks is routed through Credon Capital in line with company policy.
Credit Structuring & Negotiation
a) Prepare and structure client mandates in line with Credon Capital’s policies.
b) Negotiate commercial terms, fees, and engagement structures with clients.
c) Assist in structuring working capital, term loans, trade finance, and bank guarantee facilities.
d) Support strategic discussions with clients regarding funding options and deal positioning.
Credit & Financial Analysis
a) Analyze audited financial statements, management accounts, cash flow projections, and business models.
b) Prepare detailed financial spreads, ratio analysis, and risk assessments.
c) Draft comprehensive credit proposals and lender presentation packs.
d) Respond effectively to bank credit queries and provide clarifications with supporting documentation.
Documentation & Legal Drafting
a) Draft mandates, engagement letters, and client agreements with strong attention to detail.
b) Ensure all documentation is accurate, professionally written, and legally aligned.
c) Collect, review, and verify KYC documents as per UAE regulatory requirements.
d) Track facility limits, covenants, renewal timelines, and documentation validity.
Portfolio Monitoring & MIS
a) Maintain internal MIS dashboards for active deals and pipeline tracking.
b) Monitor approved facilities and assist in renewal or enhancement discussions.
c) Provide management updates on deal status, turnaround times, and deal performance.
Business Support
a) Assist senior advisors in client meetings and financial discussions.
b) Support cross-selling opportunities across Credon Capital’s financing solutions.
c) Contribute to improving internal processes for faster and more efficient deal execution.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree and above
2–5 years of in Banking / Credit Administration / Financial Advisory.
Strong understanding of UAE banking practices and corporate lending structures.
Proven experience in preparing mandates, drafting agreements, and handling credit queries.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional drafting ability.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
