In Di Roma, As a Female Barista, you will play a key role in delivering top-tier specialty coffee and leading a team of baristas. Your expertise in coffee brewing and passion for customer service will drive our success and maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Responsibilities:

• Craft Specialty Beverages: Expertly prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and seasonal specialties, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Lead and Mentor: Oversee and guide baristas, providing hands-on training in advanced coffee techniques and exceptional customer service practices.
• Enhance Customer Experience: Build strong relationships with customers by offering personalized service, engaging in meaningful conversations, and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Uphold and enforce high standards for coffee quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Conduct regular taste tests and adjust techniques as needed.
• Ensure Equipment Functionality: Perform routine maintenance on coffee machines and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure everything is operating smoothly.
• Collaborate with Management: Work closely with store management to implement new coffee programs, seasonal offerings, and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years of barista experience, with a deep understanding of specialty coffee preparation and advanced brewing techniques.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment; ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.
• Customer Focus: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of coffee preparation and shop operations.
• Adaptability: Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
