Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and personable Female Bartenders to join our dynamic team at a versatile event space that hosts a variety of functions, including corporate gatherings, private parties, and nightlife events. In this role, you will be the face of our venue, delivering exceptional beverage service while creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of beverages and event packages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Set up and break down the bar.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety while fostering an inclusive environment aligned with venue policies.

Experience

• Prior bartending experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods in hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of proper serving techniques to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
• Background of strong customer service skills that foster positive guest interactions.
• Additional experience in brewing or hospitality roles that involve serving alcohol responsibly is a plus.
