Your Role:

You’ll be the bridge between clients, consultants, and government processes keeping everything smooth, compliant, and efficient.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage our team of business consultants.
Oversee company formation, renewals, and government documentation.
Coordinate with free zones and mainland authorities for approvals and updates.
Ensure proper use of our CRM for client tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
Spot opportunities to improve efficiency and client experience.
Be the go-to person when someone says “how do we get this done?”

What We're Looking For?

3+ years of experience in business setup / PRO / corporate services in the UAE.
Strong understanding of Dubai’s government procedures, free zones, and documentation.
Leadership skills, someone who can guide a team and handle multiple clients with calm confidence.
CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Zoho, or any similar system).
Excellent communication in English.
Organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping businesses grow.
Family sponsored visa holders shall be preferred.
