We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Generate Leads:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Utilize various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking, social media) to reach potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and sales presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and event planning teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to management.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the marketing and events industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • A Valid Qatar Transferrable Visa with NOC is a must
  • A Valid Qatar Driving License is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Business Development: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Qatar Driving License (Preferred)
  • Qatar RP which is transferrable (Preferred)
