Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with at least 1+ year of experience and a strong understanding of digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels
- Pitch digital marketing services (social media marketing, SEO, paid ads, etc.) to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in business development or sales
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media, PPC, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good command of English (Urdu is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Lead generation and client handling experience
