Female Business Development Executive – Interior Fit-Out & Renovation

Job Description

We are a well-established interior fit-out and renovation company in Dubai looking for a Business Development Executive with proven experience in fit-out / renovation projects to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of generating quality residential and commercial renovation leads in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads for interior fit-out and renovation projects
• Meet clients, understand requirements, and coordinate with the technical team
• Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and quotations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, consultants, real estate agents, and facility managers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain a sales pipeline and report weekly progress
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and site visits

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out / renovation / construction sales in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of Dubai fit-out market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and result-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Must be on Dependent / Spouse / Family Visa
• UAE driving license is a plus
