Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through networking, calls, and client meetings.
- Present and promote real estate projects to potential buyers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Provide clients with accurate information about property options, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Keep records of client interactions and sales progress.
Requirements
- Female candidate only (mandatory).
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable with CRM tools.
