Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a polite, confident, and friendly tone during all interactions.
- Record and update customer information in the system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the management.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear English accent.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Must be flexible with night shifts (for international clients).
