Female Call Center Agent (Customer Support)

Lahore, Pakistan

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Female Call Center Agents with excellent communication skills and a strong English accent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing top-quality support to international clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone calls.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a polite, confident, and friendly tone during all interactions.
  • Record and update customer information in the system.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear English accent.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Must be flexible with night shifts (for international clients).
