Female Call Center Agent (Night Shift)

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore

Shift: Night Shift (08:00 PM – 04:00 AM)

Salary: Rs 35,000 (Base) + Rs 3,000 Commission per sale

Seeking energetic and professional Female Call Center Agents to join our growing team in Wapda Town. This is a dedicated night shift role focused on international campaigns. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Inbound calls to international clients (UK/USA markets).
• Present and promote company services effectively to potential customers.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
• Accurately record customer information and call outcomes in the system.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Minimum Intermediate/A-Levels (Bachelors preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in a call center or sales role is a plus, but fresh candidates with great English are encouraged to apply.
• Communication: Fluent or near-fluent English speaking skills with a neutral accent.
• Shift Availability: Must be able to commit to the 8 PM – 4 AM schedule.
