We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Agent to handle incoming calls, emails or chats from customers. The role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues and delivering a positive customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, email or chat

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing or accounts

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally

Follow company policies, procedures and call quality guidelines

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

Intermediate with 3-4 years Must

otherwise Bachelors will be considered

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays (if required)

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in inbound customer service or call center environment

Multilingual skills (optional, based on role requirements)

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
