The Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Outbound Calls is responsible for making proactive outbound calls to customers to provide information, follow up on inquiries, resolve issues, promote products or services, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to meet call and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers as per assigned campaigns
Provide accurate information about products, services, or account details
Follow up on customer inquiries, complaints, or pending requests
Promote offers, upgrades, or services when applicable
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism on every call
Accurately document call details and outcomes in the system
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume and performance targets
Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Intermediate with 3-4 years must (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in outbound calling, customer service or call center roles is an advantage
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Strong problem solving and customer handling abilities
Goal oriented with the ability to handle rejection professionally
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer retention
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
