Female Call Center Executive

We are seeking confident female candidates with 1-2 years of telemarketing or call center experience. You will make outbound calls, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM records while representing our IT & digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to potential clients
• Professional and engaging communication
• Lead qualification & meeting scheduling
• CRM data entry and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Excellent English communication
• Basic computer & CRM skills
• IT/digital services experience is a plus

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Half Day Saturday)
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 80,000 + Performance Incentives
