Cmax.pk is looking to hire skilled professionals for its ‘Call Center Representative’ posts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries.
- Following the call center “scripts” when handling different services of real estate.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
- Recognizing customer expectations, clarifying details, solving any challenge and offering answers
- Create a customer's trust in the services and projects that the company offers.
- Provide customized, top quality customer support
- Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
- Selling the company’s services and meeting the targets
- Keep track of all interactions in a comprehensible way in our call center database
- Diverse approach according to the situation
- Keep updated with company developments, products, offerings, etc. and ensure all related information is understand for customer satisfaction
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating project sales offers
Job Requirement
- At least 1 year + experience in an international call center (Inbound and Outbound)
- Minimum Qualification Intermediate/ O/A Levels
- Fluent in English/Urdu
- Previous experience in a customer support and sales support role
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
