Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: Rs. 35,000 per month (Fixed)
• Commission: Uncapped commission on every sale (Earn up to 70K - 100K+ total)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to close sales.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive energy on every call.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately record customer information and call details in our system.

Requirements

• Gender: Female (Preferred)
• Education: Intermediate/A-Levels or Graduation.
• Communication: Fluent in English with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales or a call center is a plus, but fresh candidates with great communication skills are encouraged to apply!
• Skills: Strong persuasion skills, punctuality, and a positive "can-do" attitude.

Shift Timings & Location

• Shift: UK SHIFT ( 2Pm to 10PM ) USA SHIFT( 8PM to 4Am)
• Location: Wapda Town
