Female Calling Agent (Fresh & Experienced) - Night Shift

Nazgrow is hiring Sales Calling Agents to join our team. The role involves cold calling international clients, so good communication skills and basic sales experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to international prospects to promote and sell e-commerce services.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and meet assigned KPIs.
• Clearly explain service packages and promote relevant upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

• Excellent English speaking skills (any accent is acceptable).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and sales skills.
• Previous experience working with Amazon or e-commerce clients is preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
