Position Summary

We are currently hiring experienced and passionate Caregivers to join our growing team. The caregiver will provide home-based support, companionship, and personal care services to patients of all ages, including elderly clients, children, and patients with special medical needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
• Monitor and record vital signs, report any changes to the assigned nurse or supervisor.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, outdoor activities, or social engagements as needed.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
• Adhere to Lifeline Homecare’s policies and UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a caregiver, nursing aide, or similar role (homecare experience preferred).
• Healthcare certificate or caregiver training is an advantage.
• Ability to handle clients with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic health and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to assist with client mobility.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
