Female Catering Events Booking Manager

We are a high-volume catering company seeking an experienced Female Catering Events Booking & Conversion Manager to handle daily inbound catering requests and convert them into confirmed, paid catering events.

This role is 100% performance-driven and designed for a professional who is confident, persuasive, data-oriented, and experienced in event bookings, client negotiation, and daily KPI achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily catering event inquiries (corporate, private, group, and recurring orders)
• Convert incoming leads into confirmed catering bookings
• Negotiate pricing, packages, and quantities to maximize daily conversions
• Follow up professionally with potential clients to close bookings
• Maintain accurate booking records and daily performance tracking
• Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth execution
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly booking KPIs.

The role is strictly evaluated based on:

• Daily number of confirmed catering events booked
• Lead-to-booking conversion rate
• Revenue generated per day
• Response time & follow-up efficiency
• Client satisfaction and repeat booking rate

KPIs are monitored daily — performance directly impacts growth, incentives (will be provided upon reaching certain KPI), and career progression.

Candidate Requirements (Mandatory)

• Female candidate only
• Minimum 5 years experience in:
• Catering events booking
• Event sales or event coordination
• Hospitality or catering sales operations
• Proven experience working with daily booking targets
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Fluent in English
• Highly organized, confident communicator, and result-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and meet daily conversion goals
