Centre Manager / Principal – Nursery (Female Candidates Only)
We are seeking a highly dynamic, results-driven, and experienced female Centre Manager / Principal to lead the business growth, admissions, regulatory compliance, and overall operations of our nursery.
This is a senior leadership role that goes beyond day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong business and admissions-focused leader with a proven track record of driving enrollments, managing teams, and ensuring full KHDA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Admissions, Sales & Business Growth (Top Priority)
- Drive nursery growth by actively managing and converting leads, walk-ins, and inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
- Conduct high-impact nursery tours that confidently present the nursery’s value proposition, curriculum, and facilities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly admissions targets.
- Develop and execute admissions strategies aligned with occupancy and revenue goals.
- Work closely with marketing teams to plan and execute lead-generation and conversion campaigns.
2. KHDA Compliance & Regulatory Management (Top Priority)
- Ensure 100% compliance with all KHDA regulations, guidelines, and inspection requirements.
- Manage all KHDA-related documentation including staff approvals, student registrations, inspections, audits, and official correspondence.
- Lead KHDA inspections and maintain compliance readiness throughout the year.
3. Nursery Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily nursery operations, ensuring a safe, clean, structured, and nurturing environment.
- Supervise administrative functions including student records, fee management, HR documentation, and parent communication systems.
- Coordinate with facility and support teams to maintain high operational standards.
4. Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold the nursery’s vision, values, and professional standards.
- Conduct staff meetings, performance evaluations, and training in collaboration with the Academic Coordinator.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
5. Marketing, Brand Representation & Community Engagement
- Support digital marketing initiatives including social media presence, campaigns, and promotions.
- Contribute ideas for content, outreach, and admissions-focused promotions.
- Represent the nursery at community events, open days, and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Mandatory: CACHE Level 5 (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Leadership / Nursery Management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (required); postgraduate qualification in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in an early childhood setting in the UAE.
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of KHDA regulations, inspections, and processes.
- Proven success in admissions, sales, and parent conversion.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Fluent Arabic speaking is mandatory.
