Job Location: Qatar

Job Responsibilities

• Provide specialized home nursing care for infants, children, and special needs patients in accordance with approved medical standards

• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, oxygen saturation)

• Ensure safe feeding practices (breastfeeding/formula) and personal hygiene care

• Administer medications and supplements accurately as prescribed

• Handle sensitive cases including neonates, developmental delay, autism, physical disabilities, and chronic conditions

• Observe, identify, and immediately report any abnormal signs or changes in condition

• Apply strict infection control measures and maintain a safe environment

• Prepare and update nursing reports and documentation accurately

• Educate and guide families on proper care, feeding, and home safety

• Respond promptly to emergencies following approved safety protocols

• Adhere to professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Certifications (Mandatory)

• Recognized Nursing Degree Diploma or Bachelor

• Valid Qatar MOPH License or full eligibility for licensing

• Accredited and verifiable certifications in the same specialty, including:

• Pediatric Nursing

• Neonatal / Infant Care

• Special Needs / Autism Care

• Valid BLS / CPR certification (mandatory)

• Preferred additional certifications:

• PALS

• Infection Control

• Patient Safety / Behavior Management

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven hands-on experience in:

• Infant & Neonatal Care

• Pediatric Nursing

• Special Needs Care

• NICU / PICU or health Care or clinic experience is a strong advantage
